Also, to be clear, Gmail works fine, it's only one email account that's not working and yes, on the web-server, I do receive emails as well as on my iPhone and iPad. In the interim, I've also uninstalled Office and re-installed it. When I set-up the email account that has not been working on the newly installed Outlook, my subscribed folders all appeared, but they are all empty now.

Meanwhile, if this issue persist after you new a profile only for this personal account, please help to run this new profile in safe mode. I've created a new profile with only my personal email and again, Outlook did not download any of my emails from the server. Starting Outlook in safe mode has no effect as well. My email is a Netaddress account - it is subscription based and I will reiterate: I have a desktop and a laptop.

All my emails are set-up on both machines and it is ONLY the Laptop that will not sync with the server. Both machines run Windows 10 and both machines are Office Based on your description.

I've also checked that: Emails to keep on offline is set to ALL All settings are correct I've used them on a different computer and they sync on the 2nd computer with no issues No filters are applied As I mentioned, the account works fine on a different machine - and was working on this machine until August 18th when it suddenly stopped syncing.
